To provide a rotary window opening covering member formed of bellows-like cloth superior in an outward appearance of a bending part by securing expandability in the expanding direction of bellows even in the bellows-like cloth, a bending part forming method of the bellows-like cloth and a corner part forming device of the bellows-like cloth.

This rotary window opening covering member 10 is formed in a polygonal shape in a plan view, and comprises covering sheets 11 and 41 covering an opening part A14 on the side of a rotary window A4 openably-closably constituted with one side as a rotary shaft. The covering sheets 11 and 41 are composed of the bellows-like cloth 12 of repeating ridge folding and bottom folding at a predetermined interval in one direction, and have the bending part 22 bent to the side of bottom-folding a ridge-folded fold line of the covering sheets 11 and 41 in the bellows forming direction.
