Winding throughholes 24a, 24b are provided on the upper plate 21b of a pedestal 21; engagement guide grooves 25a-25c are also provided. The winding ends 16a, 16b are inserted severally through the winding throughholes 24a, 24b so that they protrude above the upper plate 21b, then linked with linking pieces 31a-31c that are engaged with the guide engagement guide grooves 25a-25c. A sensor substrate 42, which supports and secures magnet-detecting sensors 41a-41c for detecting the magnetism of the magnet M of the rotor 17, is supported and secured on two protruding plates 26a, 26b provided rising from the upper plate 21b. The sensor section 43 is secured on the two protruding plates 26a, 26b, along the same direction as the engagement direction of the linking pieces 31a-31c engaged to the engagement guide grooves 25a-25c.
