PURPOSE: To continuously operate the action of a repulsion (attraction) force of both fixed permanent magnets of a stator and a rotor in a rotating direction by providing a rotary cylinder made of a magnetic force shielding material and having an open hole at the periphery of a gap of rotating planes of the stator and the rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A repulsion force (attraction force) is operated due to superposition of a repulsion force (attraction force) of both fixed permanent magnets (D) of a stator (A) and a rotor (C) with the starting line of an open hole (F) of a rotary cylinder (B), and the rotary motion of the rotor (C) is started (a). The action of the repulsion force (attraction force) is operated at the maximum (b). The action of a magnetic force is invalidated by the unopened plane of the cylinder (B) by the action of the repulsion force (attraction force) of both the magnets (D) of the stator (A) and the rotor (C) to prevent reverse rotation of the rotor (c). When the cylinder (B) and the rotor (C) are disposed in the state as shown in (c), another set in which the orbit of the fixed positions of the magnets (D) is different is disposed in the states in (a) and (b), and coupled to the sequential rotary motion.
