Abstract:
To prevent the positional deviation of a commutator without increasing the number of steps.SOLUTION: A rotor comprises: a rotor core 20 including a plurality of teeth parts extended outside in the radial direction around the open hole where a shaft 5 is fixed; a commutator 10 including a support member 11 mounted on the rotor core 20 to rotate together with the shaft 5 and a metal commutator piece 12 mounted on the support member 11; and a coil 30 that is seized to the commutator piece 12 and wound around the teeth part. The support member 11 has at least one protruding part 11e which protrudes outside in the radial direction and is placed on the edge face 20a of the rotor core 20, with the coil 30 wound around the protruding part together with the teeth part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
