To provide a new rubber material device which causes catalyst and rubber additive to fuse quickly, shortens a use reaction time, has a simple structure, and exhibits excellent cleaning effect of agitation housing inner wall.SOLUTION: A rubber material device includes a stuffing box 11 fixed to a frame, an agitation housing 16 is installed on the stuffing box, a discharge groove 27 communicated with an external part is installed on a bottom wall of the agitation housing, a valve 26 is fixed to the discharge groove, a via hole 20 communicated with an external part is installed on a top wall of the agitation housing, a first safety connection groove 17 and a second safety connection groove 24 located on the upper side of the first safety connection groove are installed on the top wall of the agitation housing, and a first replacement shaft 14 vertically elongated is rotatably attached to a bottom wall of the first safety connection groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
