Abstract:
To prevent a screw shaft from being damaged by connecting each segment screw set on the screw shaft by a projection and a recess to improve rigidity.
In the segment screw for a twin screw extruder, a large number of segment pieces (2) are inserted into the periphery of the screw shaft (1), each segment piece (2) is connected integrally by the connection of the recess (30) and the projection (31) to improve rigidity, and the screw shaft (1) is prevented from being damaged.
