Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a self-lubricating insulated wire, with which surface lubrica tion can be improved and neither characteristics such as heat resistance or electric characteristic nor appearance are reduced or degraded and no cissing effect occurs while manufacturing is easy.

CONSTITUTION: Fluorine surface active agent is added by 0.05-8 pts.wt. as non- volatile component to each 100 pts.wt. of resin for forming baking/painting film, and an insulating paint thus provided is applied to a layer for painting/ baking, which is provided directly on a conductor or through another insulating film.
