Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device capable of maintaining connection relationship between logic circuit sections or a circuit configuration in each logic circuit section even if supply of power source voltage is stopped, and capable of changing the connection relationship between the logic circuit sections or the circuit configuration in each logic circuit section at high speed.SOLUTION: In a circuit which is reconfigurable, an oxide semiconductor is used as a semiconductor element for storing data such as circuit configuration and connection relationship.
