PURPOSE: To obtain a molded product excellent in electromagnetic wave shield effect by a smimple manufacturing process.

CONSTITUTION: In a sheet like electromagnetic wave shield molding material, both of upper and rear surfaces of a conductive sheet l are covered with resin layers 5 each formed from a compsn. prepared by adding a glass fiber 2 to a crosslinkable resin 3 and films 4 are applied to the outer surfaces of the resin layer 5. In the production of the sheet like electromagnetic wave shield molding material, two processes each continuously delivering the long film 4 to continuously coating the surface thereof with the crosslinkable resin 3 and adding the glass fiber 2 to the surface of the formed resin layer to obtain a sheet layer are provided. A long conductive sheet 1 is continuously delivered to the surfaces being in contact with the resin 3 of the upper and lower sheet layers obtained in these processes and the films 4 are pressed to the surfaces of the upper and lower sheet layers.
