Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically change a loading position of a sheet on a paper discharge table after paper discharge depending on property of the sheet to further improve accuracy of paper discharge.SOLUTION: In a sheet transportation device, a paper discharge part 5 for discharging and loading a transported print sheet 41 on a paper discharge table 54 with a paper discharge roll 52 includes: a load current measurement instrument 81 and a paper sensor 83 for identifying property of the print sheet 41; and a control part for controlling a discharge speed of the print sheet 41 by the discharge roll 52 to load the print sheet 41 having different property in the same position on the paper discharge table 54 based on the result from the load current measurement instrument 81 and the paper sensor 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
