PURPOSE: To sufficiently decrease a difference of a DC level and a gain of signal outputs due to a difference from two common output lines by connecting the two common output lines to bases of two bipolar transistors(TRs), connecting emitters together and them to a common load and obtaining an output.

CONSTITUTION: Bases of bipolar TRs 101, 102 are connected respectively to horizontal output lines 61, 62 and emitters are connected in common. A signal level of a picture element outputted to the horizontal output lines 61, 62 is set higher than a reset level given from a reset power terminal 9 by a several number of multiple of kt/q, that is, by 100mV or over at room temperature. Through the setting above, most of a signal current flowing through a load resistor 11 comes from the bipolar TR 101 or 102 which receives the output from the picture element and an output of the picture element is always outputted to an output terminal S in a consecutive form.
