Abstract:
To solve the following problem: though grease is coated as a countermeasure against the noise of the friction parts of a bracket 17, a column tube 12 and a support shaft 38 of a steering apparatus, the grease disappears from the friction faces by scattering or outflow during its use, and further, when backlash among the respective parts increases by wear, plastic deformation or the like of the respective parts, abnormal noise is caused.
The silicone resin composition for coating comprises: silicone oil having a viscosity of ≤3,000 mm2/S; and silica of 30 wt.%, and has a friction coefficient of 0.4 to 0.5. The steering apparatus uses components using the same.
