To provide a method and a system for business using a small sum of loan on credit certificate in radio communication system.
A temporary certificate is issued to a mobile node. The temporary certificate is presented to access networks using a different access technology. The mobile node is certificated by using this temporary certificate. The mobile node access to a service. Cost for access to this service is subtracted from the balance of an account related to the temporary certificate.
