The receptacle is composed of four legs 140, an anchor pad 155 and an aperture 150, the legs 140 are connected to a base plate 105 at an end 142, and the other end 144 is a cantilever beam moved in parallel to the base plate surface to receive a leg 170 of a connecting member 169 and hold it. The anchor pad serves as a stopper of an anchor arm 180 of the microconnector. The aperture receives a part of the microconnector. The microconnector 110 includes the connecting member 160 having the leg 170, and the connecting member is a cantilever beam which is engaged with the leg 140 of the receptacle to be held to each other by an elastic force when it is inserted in the receptacle.
