Abstract:
To provide a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A solar cell is provided that comprises: a substrate having a first side and a second side opposite to each other; an emitter layer disposed on the first side of the substrate and including a first conductivity type of dopant; a first thin oxide layer disposed on the emitter layer; a first doped silicon layer disposed on the first thin oxide layer and including a first conductivity type of dopant; a second thin oxide layer disposed on the second side of the substrate; and a second doped silicon layer disposed on the second thin oxide layer and including a second conductive type of dopant.
