To find out a solvent type repeelable adhesive composition which maintains transparency, adhesion reliability, high speed easy peelability and compatibility at a high level and which forms an adhesive layer hardly causing peeling electrification for the purpose of applying it to a surface protection film for optical films, and to provide a repeelable adhesive product obtained by using the composition and having good properties.
The solvent type repeelable adhesive composition includes a cross-linking agent, an adhesive polymer having a functional group which reacts with the cross-linking agent, and an antistatic agent whose 0.1 mass% aqueous solution has a pH of 3.5-8.5. The repeelable adhesive product includes a supporting base material and an adhesive layer which is obtained from the adhesive composition and formed on at least one surface of the supporting base material.
