To provide a sound insulating fire-resistant structure having a fire resisting property and a sound insulating property in a simple structure, and capable of easily accommodating changes in design.
In the sound insulating fire-resistant structure 1 in which a sound insulating wall 10 is arranged in a framework comprising a steel member 3 provided with a fire-resistive cover 2, a sound insulating member 15 which is in tight contact with the surface of the fire-resistive cover 2 is arranged on the end of the sound insulating wall 10 abutting on the fire-resistive cover 2. Further, the sound insulating member 15 is formed projecting outward in the direction of the wall thickness from the end of the sound insulating wall 10. Moreover, the sound insulating member 15 is preferably made of a sound insulating plate material.
