Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to enhance soundproofing performance of a piece board even when its rigidity is lowered to a satisfactory extent by installing recessed grooves one by one to the rear side of each piece board and connecting the recessed grooves of the adjoining piece boards.
CONSTITUTION: A base material 5 is laminated on the rear side of a surface material, thereby forming a piece board 1. A recessed groove 3 is longitudinally bored on the rear side of the base material 5 at the same pitch so that they may be continued in a straight line. Piece boards are laterally shifted in the shape of a staircase so that the ends of longer sides may butt each other. Then, a plurality of piece boards 1 are integrated on a cushion material 2. When they are integrated, offset grooves 6 are installed on the rear side of the piece boards 1 on the end of the longer side. Synthetic resin 7 is filled up in a recessed part that can be formed with a pair of offset grooves 6. This construction makes it possible to tower the rigidity but provide soundproofing performance to a satisfactory extent.
