A storage bag for a cellular phone for blocking off a radio wave from a cellular phone base station to prevent a cellular phone 10 from receiving an incoming call by putting the cellular phone 10 therein incudes: an inner bag 1 having a housing part 6 made of an aluminum deposition resin obtained by forming the aluminum deposition film on resin and formed to house the cellular phone 10; an outer bag 2 formed in the shape of a bag made of an aluminum pasted resin formed by pasting aluminum foil to resin and for wrapping the cellular phone 10 by folding the inner bag 1 housing the cellular phone 10 in the housing part 6 vertically and horizontally to house the inner bag 1 and the cellular phone 10 in this state.
