Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a high insulation property and a high heat resistance, the structure being applicable to a micro-sized electronic component, and a manufacturing method of the structure.SOLUTION: A structure includes a ceramic substrate, a ceramic coating film of 1 to 10 μm in thickness, the ceramic coating film being formed directly on at least a part of the ceramic substrate using an aerosol deposition method. The coating film has a volume electric resistivity of 1.5×10Ω m or more and a heat resistance of 10 seconds or more, the heat resistance being measured with a solder bath of 270°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
