To prevent a falling means from protrusion during nonuse of a supply pipe by a method wherein a feed water pipe is arranged in an overflow groove, the supply pipe is fed to the feed water pipe, and the falling means falling along an overflow groove is arranged in the supply pipe.
A feed water pipe 4 to feed supply water to a pool from a position above a pool deck 1 is arranged at the side of an overflow groove 3. An L-type support pipe 5 is longitudinally attached to the tip of the feed water pipe 4 rotatably by a rotary mechanism 7 so that the support pipe is caused to fall in the overflow groove 3. An expandable sheath pipe 6 is attached to the tip of the supply pipe 5 to form a delivery port and when the supply pipe 5 is erected, the pipe is stretched toward a pool to supply water. Thereafter, by rotating the supply pipe 5 after the expandable sheath pipe 6 is contracted, the supply pipe is rotated and falls in the overflow groove 3. With this state, a grating material 8 is fitted in the overflow groove 3 and containing of the supply pipe 5 is completed.
