Piles made of nylon 6 fibers dyed with a red acid dye are planted, heated, cooled, then the transparent solution of an acrylic resin is sprayed for clear coating, and the masking tape is peeled to provide a colored covering layer 6 on the surface of the wheel 1. The whole beautiful appearance is sufficiently maintained, and no partial peeling or pollution is noticed. The fashion property of the tire 2 is increased, no mud or no snow is stuck to it, thereby it has good operability, and it is easy to maintain.
