Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate positioning adjustment for mounting by setting the displacement of an actuator with the presence of a setting switch input as an operating point, comparing the detected displacement with the operating point when the operating point is set once and generating a switch output in case of the coincidence thereby setting the operating point to an optional point. CONSTITUTION:The title switch is fixed to displace a plunger 47 in a direction to be pressed into a housing 10 by manual operation or acting an object to be detected. When the position of the plunger 47 reaches a desired position to be taken as the original, a reset switch 56 is depressed. Then the position is stored as a zero point. In pushing the plunger 47 further and when it reaches the desired position, a memory switch 55 is turned on. Then the position is stored in a memory 81. The switch output is switched into the off/on state afterward when the measured displacement of the plunger 47 is coincident with the displacement stored and representing the operating position. Thus, even with inaccurate fixed position of the switch device, the operating point is set with high accuracy.
