Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid dispensing tank capable of dividing the injected liquid into a plural streams in high accuracy and making equal the amts. of the liquids accurately delivered from respective delivery ports.
SOLUTION: A mound 13 is formed at the center of the bottom 12 of a liquid dispensing tank 11 which delivers the liquid respectively from outflow ports 19 arranged in the circumferential direction by centrifugal force. A plurality of bulkheads 17 extending from side wall parts 14 to just before this mound are erected. The space in the tank partitioned by these bulkheads is formed as a liquid storage chamber 18. The end edges on the in-tank central sides of the bulkheads are formed as liquid dividing parts 20. These liquid dividing parts are arranged at the same intervals in the circumferential direction around the center of rotation of the tank, by which the mound 13 is formed at the center of the bottom 12.
