Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce synthetic fibers excellent in water permeability, dyeability, touch feeling, adhesion and spinning properties and especially excellent in the water permeability and touch feeling after dyeing.
SOLUTION: The synthetic fibers comprise a polyorganosiloxane in an amount of 0.01-1 wt.% based on acrylic synthetic fibers and a polyoxyethylene alkyl- urethane in an amount of at least 0.1 wt.% based on the acrylic synthetic fibers. The polyorganosiloxane and polyoxyethylene alkyl-urethane are applied to fibers in a gel tow state when producing the synthetic fibers.
