To support a person, who repeatedly uses a taxi, to register the reservation of a taxi by simplifying work for the registration of necessary items when he or she registers the reservations for the allocation of a taxi to board an airplane.
A reservation receiving means 11 inputs a departure date and a flight number from a user terminal 3. A flight information acquisition means 13 acquires the names of the airlines, departure airport, arrival airport and scheduled departure time of a flight from a flight information master DB 24 after identification is made with a membership identification means 12. A detail destination acquisition means 14 acquires a detail destination from either a personal history table 22 accumulating the history of the registrations of reservations or a detail destination master DB 23 which determines a place, at which a user gets off (detail destination), for each airlines and each departure airport. A reservation information generation means 16 displays the contents of the reservations including the detail destination on the user terminal 3, and generates and outputs items (reservation information) necessary for the reservations of a vehicle based on the contents of the reservations when it receives confirmatory instructions from a user.
