Abstract:
To provide a connection failure detecting circuit for adequately detecting a connection failure of a terminal portion.
The terminal portion consists of a crimp-type terminal 11 mounted on an electric wire 10, a washer 12 for a connection terminal, and a terminal screw 13 and a nut 14 for connecting the crimp-type terminal 11 to the washer 12. The washer 12 is not conducted to the terminal screw 13 and the nut 14. The connection failure detecting circuit 19 has a built-in photocoupler to be operated on when a potential difference occurs between the washer 12 and the nut 14.
