PURPOSE: To allowing a flow having high-frequency fluctuations to operate on the sensor of an air speedometer, pressure gauge, etc., and to test responsibility, by arranging the sensor on the opening side of a main one-end closed cylinder body where the hole of its partitioning plate is aligned to the small hole of a rotating disk.
CONSTITUTION: When the sensor 12 is tested, a motor 5 is driven to rotate the rotating disk 4 at a specific number of revolution (=specific frequency/number of small holes 7). Meanwhile, a compressor 10 is driven to hold the pressure in a closed space H1 constant. The small holes 7 pass before the hole 3 of the partitioning plate 2, one by one, according to the rotation of the rotating disk 4, and the air in the closed space H1 is spouted to an open space H2 through the hole 3 and the hole 7. Therefore, the air pressure acts intermittently to the sensor 12, its output signal is recorded and checked to find the dynamic response characteristics of the sensor 12, thus testing the responsibility.
