To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance contributing to the promotion of material cycle and environmental circulation cycle, and in melt moldability, while maintaining the mechanical strength and dimensional stability both inherent in polycarbonate-based resin.

The thermoplastic resin composition is an organism-derived resin-containing polycarbonate resin; and includes: 100 pts.wt. of an organism-derived resin-containing polycarbonate resin comprising 30-70 wt.% of a recovered polycarbonate-based resin and 30-70 wt.% of an unused polycarbonate-based resin; 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a rubber polymer-containing graft copolymer; and 0.1-3 pts.wt. of polytetrafluoroethylene.
