When the payment account processing is carried out, it is decided whether the corresponding order data are equal to a time calculation item or not. If so, the stay time T and the time fare AT set based on the time T can be calculated. Thus it is possible to input data and to perform the payment account processing with the time calculation item mixed with the ordinary item and without discriminating both items from each other.
