Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent video blurring between a preceding video and a current video occurring without providing a fast transfer part on a horizontal CCD transfer signal and a vertical CCD transfer signal by shifting the transfer periods of the horizontal CCD transfer signal and the vertical CCD transfer signal in the blanking period of a video signal, and moving them to a scan video picture element area. CONSTITUTION:The video blurring between the preceding video 202 and the current video 203 detected by a video blurring detecting part 14 is inputted to a scan video picture element area control part 15, and the transfer periods of the horizontal CCD transfer signals 404, 405 and the vertical CCD transfer signals 305, 306 are shifted in the blanking periods 204, 205 of the video signal based on the video blurring, and the scan video picture element area is controlled so as to be moved in a direction to negate the video blurring. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the video blurring occurring without providing the fast transfer part on the horizontal CCD transfer signals 404, 405 and the vertical CCD transfer signals 305, 306.
