PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TMD by suspension support in a simple structure capable of coping with vibration having large amplitude as well as vibration having small amplitude.
SOLUTION: At least one of an upper end or a lower end of a suspension member 13 comprising a steel material is mounted on supporting bodies 11d1 and 11d2 through rotating connection parts 11e, 13b and 13c two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally rotating in the moment wherein fatigue failure does not occur in an elasticity limit of the steel material. During vibration of the structure body in the small amplitude wherein the end of the suspension member 13 does not rotate at the rotating connection part, a mass body 12 swings only by elastic deformation of the suspension member 13. During vibration of the structure body in the large amplitude wherein the end of the suspension member 13 rotates at the rotating connection part, the mass body 13 swings by the elastic deformation of the suspension member 13 and the rotation of the end of the suspension member at the rotating connection part by the moment.
