Abstract:
To provide a conveyance type quick liquid freezing facility whose time for freezing work is short without impairing appearance of the food hermetically packaged with a wrap.SOLUTION: A conveyance type quick liquid freezing facility includes: a measuring device for measuring the weight of an object to be frozen; a hermetically packaging device for hermetically packaging the object stored in a container with a transparent resin sheet together with the container; conveyance means for automatically conveying the object hermetically packaged in the container; a freezing tank arranged in the middle part of a conveyance route of the conveyance means, in which antifreeze liquid cooled beforehand is retained; antifreeze liquid removing means for removing the antifreeze liquid from the object hermetically packaged in the container after passing through the freezing tank; and conveyance speed control means for adjusting a conveyance speed of the conveyance means based on the measured value of the measuring device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
