To improve efficiency in the finishing of trousers by easily preventing the front center of a waist band from being opened when the waist part of the trousers is drawn backward without requiring any special operation.

The trouser finishing device comprises a setting part 2 to be covered with the waist part 1a of the trousers 1 for suspending the trousers 1, a waist tensing mechanism 3 for drawing the rear side of the waist part 1a of the trousers 1 suspended from the setting part 2 to tense the waist part 1a, and a foot switch 4 for starting the waist tensing mechanism 3. The trouser finishing machine also has a front presser 10 for pressing the front center of the waist band 1b of the trousers, and a control part 15 for outputting control signals to tense the waist part 1a of the trousers 1 by the waist tensing mechanism 3 when the foot switch 4 is stamped and to press the front center of the waist band 1b by the front presser 10 when the foot is removed from the foot switch 4.
