A master TV interphone 1 is provided with a video fetching means 12 which stores the videos photographed with the camera C of a slave intercom D in a memory 15 as a video file when the means 12 is called from the intercom D in a state where the user of the interphone 1 sets an absence mode, an electronic mail preparing means 13 which prepares electronic mail containing a prescribed message for informing the presence of a visitor, and a transmitting means 14 which transmits the electronic mail prepared by the means 13 to a mail server M through communication networks N1 and N2 by annexing the video file stored in the memory 15 to the mail.
