Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition having inhibitory action on dopamin reabsorption, useful for treating anhedonia, catatonia type schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, etc.
SOLUTION: This medicine composition comprises an effective amount of an acid addition salt of a compound selected from (A) [α-(tertiary butylaminomethyl)-3,4-dichorobenzyl]thioacetamide and its levorotary isomer, (B) [α-(tert-amylaminomethyl)-3,4-dichlorobenzyl]thioacetamide and its isomer and (C) [α-(1-adamantylaminomethyl)-3,4-dichlorobenzyl]thioacetamide and its isomer and an acid permissible as a medicine (e.g. 0.01-10mg/kg, preferably 0.1-5mg/kg calculated as the compound). The compound A, especially the levorotary isomer of the compound A is preferably used among the components A to C.
