Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder control device capable of suppressing fluctuation of tensile force generated during turret operation when a winding roll is exchanged, with a simple configuration, and capable of being used generally.SOLUTION: A winder control device detects revolution angle during turret operation, and in an initial state, detects a fluctuation amount of a loop length of a long material following to the turret operation, calculates a velocity fluctuation amount according to the revolution angle based on fluctuation amounts of the revolution angle and the loop length. During turret operation in a normal state, a rotation velocity of a winding roll is controlled based on the velocity fluctuation amount according to the revolution angle calculated in the initial state.
