PURPOSE: To expand a range able to be controlled remotely by providing a reception section receiving a remote control signal from a remote control transmitter to an electronic view finder section fitted freely turnably.

CONSTITUTION: A lens 18 magnifying a picture displayed on a CRT 16 is provided to one end of a case 15 of an electronic view finder 14 and the other end is fitted to a turning section 19 turning the finder around a rotary shaft in parallel with a face of a main body section 12 vertically, the turning section 19 is fitted to a turning section 20 driving the finder around a shaft perpendicular to the main body section 12 horizontally and the center axis of the turning section 20 is fixed to a mount part 21 of the main body 12. Then a photodetecting section 22 of a wireless remote controller is arranged to a lower face of the electronic view finder 14 in the brought-down state. Thus, when a photographer is going to control a remote control transmitter, the section 22 is directed to a desired position. Thus, the photographer attains operations such as start of pickup while being parted from the main body 12 in an optional direction.
