PURPOSE: To enable allocation taking to account the layout of working facilities by simultaneously displaying the process analysis table and the layout of the working facilities on the screen of a display means and directing the allocation of a worker on the screen.
CONSTITUTION: When an organization program is executed, a process analysis table A and a layout B of the working facilities are displayed at the same time on a screen 3a of the display based on the work process data and layout data which are prepared or stored in a storage device. In addition to the process analysis table A and the layout B of the working facilities, a graph C of the name of operator and the time in charge are displayed at the same time. The operator executes the organization program and performs the organization work performing the allocation of worker in each work process of the process analysis table while viewing the screen 3a of the display by controlling a mouse.
