PURPOSE: To facilitate with ease the confirmation of the time of a particular region and make a time display section and equipment compact, by providing only one time display secion and indicating the region having particular time on a map by lighting on and off.

CONSTITUTION: A time display section 1 and a region display section 2 are provided. The time display section 1 is made of a liquid crystal digital display panel on which the time of hour, minute and second and the date of month and day are displayed by eight digits at 3. The display is changed over to the time or the date by a switch. The time display is indicated by characters "CLOCK" at 4 on the time display section. The date display is indicated by characters "DATE" at 5 on the section. Simultaneously, the day 6 of the week and the forenoon AM and afternoon PM are also displayed. The region display section 2 is made of a liquid crystal panel on which a world map is drawn. Regions 7 having common standard times are separately displayed on the section 2. The standard time of one particular region 7 is digitally on the section 1 while the region 7 is displayed on the section 2 by lighting or flickering.
