Title:
WOVEN FABRIC HAVING PLURAL WARP AND FILLING LAYERS AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0233350
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a multilayered textile fabric using carbon fibers formed by alternately arranging plural yarn layers each individually formed of straight warp yarns and filling yarns and oppositely and vertically weaving the respective pairs of binder yarns.

CONSTITUTION: The multilayered textile fabric is composed of the plural yarn layers 25, 35 and 45 formed of the straight warps consisting of the carbon fibers and the plural yarn layers 20, 30, 40 and 50 formed of the straight filling yarns arranged alternately with each other. The multilayered textile fabric has a superposition relation with the plural filling yarn layers 20, 30, 40 and 50 which partly constitute both sides of the fabric. The warp layers 25, 35 and 45 and the filling yarn layers 20, 30, 40 and 50 are interconnected by the relatively small binder yarns 60 and are extended over the whole of certain superposed filling yarns on one of each pair of the binder yarns 60 and under the whole of other superposed filling yarns and the other binder yarns of each pair are woven respectively oppositely conversely therefrom.
