Abstract:

To provide an electronic document audit apparatus, an electronic document audit system, a control method and a program which allow documents made confidential later to be detected with reduced detection failure without decreasing convenience, thereby performing appropriate audit.SOLUTION: In the electronic document audit system, a later confidential document detection unit 105 acquires a confidential document registered and stored by a manager, from a confidential document storage area 104 and then determines a degree of similarity between an electronic document archived in an electronic document storage area 103 and the confidential document. A later audit list generation unit 107 defines the confidential document of which the degree of similarity determined by the later confidential document detection unit 105 is high, as audit information and stores it in an audit information storage area 108. A later audit list display unit 109 displays a list of the confidential document and the electronic document having the high degree of similarity to an auditor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
