Abstract:
To propose a method for producing polyorganosiloxane particles and organic inorganic composite particles having desired particle diameters and small variations in particle diameters among production lots.
The method for producing polyorganosiloxane particles and organic inorganic composite particles comprises a synthesizing step of synthesizing polyorganosiloxane particles by hydrolysis condensation reaction of an alkoxysilane compound and is characterized by washing a reaction vessel with an organic solvent prior to the synthesizing step, followed by being washed with a mixed solvent of a water/organic solvent.
