Abstract:
To easily obtain a response from a patient to a question by a robot in a system of determining a necessity of a report through a dialogue between the patient and the robot.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a dialogue part 14 which performs daily conversation with a patient and speaks a message of a question to a patient when a state of a possibility of requiring nursing or the like to a patient is detected; a calling part 17 for calling depending on a response state of the patient to the question; a dialogue control part 18 which controls the dialogue part 14 to stop the speech of the message of the question while continuing the daily conversation when an operation part 103 for stopping a function of the robot 10 is operated. While continuing to create a state in which the patient can respond easily to the question by the robot 10 by continuing the daily conversation when the patient operates the operation part 103 so that the natural response is easily obtained from the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
