Abstract:
A 3D shaping shoe, comprising a vamp (1), an insole (2) and an outsole (3); a welt (11) is formed at the upper portion of the vamp (1); the insole (2) is connected to the bottom of the vamp (1); the vamp (1) and the insole (2) are knitted-formed by means of a warp knitting machine; and the bottom of the insole (2) is fixedly laminated to the outsole (3). According to the 3D shaping shoe, an embryo of the shoe is formed by knitting the vamp (1) and the insole (2) by means of the warp knitting machine and can be directly used; no secondary processing is required between the vamp (1) and the insole (2), and seamless connection and firm connection are achieved; in the twisting process, perfect flexible matching can be obtained between the vamp (1) and the insole (2). The shaping shoe relates to the technical field of warp knitting fabrics, the production efficiency is significantly improved, and the shoe embryo formed by the vamp (1) and the insole (2) is more soft and comfortable.
