Title:
ADHERENT CELL CULTURE SUBSTRATE, CULTURE VESSEL, PEELING METHOD OF CELL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ADHERENT CELL CULTURE SUBSTRATE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/079861
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention can mass-culture adherent cells and make it possible to peel the adherent cells from a culture vessel. A sheet-shaped substrate used to manufacture a culture vessel for adherent cells is used as an adherent cell culture substrate which has, at one surface side of the substrate, a groove including a crest-shaped part and a valley-shaped part, and in which the distance from the top end of the crest-shaped part to the other surface of the substrate is 1 mm or less. In addition, it is preferable that a cross-section vertical to the direction in which the groove extends is provided in an approximately V-shape and an inclination angle of the side surface of the approximately V-shape at the groove is 80 degrees or less. Furthermore, it is preferable that a plurality of grooves are provided in a straight line shape, and the top end of the crest-shape part has a straight line shape.
