Abstract:
The present application provides an air conditioner control method and device, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner control method comprises: obtaining a sleep state of a target user; in a heating mode, under the condition that the target user enters rapid eye movement sleep for the first time, obtaining an indoor environment temperature and a current operation temperature of an air conditioner, and determining a first temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the current operation temperature of the air conditioner; under the condition that the first temperature difference is smaller than a preset temperature difference, controlling the air conditioner to operate at a first set temperature, the first set temperature being greater than the current operation temperature of the air conditioner; and under the condition that the first temperature difference is greater than or equal to the preset temperature difference, controlling the air conditioner to operate at a second set temperature, the second set temperature being greater than the first set temperature. According to the present application, in a heating mode, a current operation temperature of an air conditioner is controlled on the basis of a sleep state of a target user and a relationship between a first temperature difference and a preset temperature difference, a comfortable environment is provided for the target user, the sleep quality of the target user is improved, and the target user is prevented from waking up.
