Provided in the present application are an air conditioner control method and apparatus, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner control method comprises: acquiring a sleep state of a target user; acquiring an indoor ambient temperature and the current operation temperature of an air conditioner, and determining the temperature difference between the two temperatures; and on the basis of the sleep state of the target user and a relationship between the temperature difference and a preset temperature difference, controlling the air conditioner to operate. In the present application, the current sleep condition of the target user is learnt by means of acquiring the sleep state of the target user; the temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the current operation temperature of the air conditioner is determined by means of acquiring the two temperatures; and when the air conditioner is in a cooling or heating mode, operation parameters of the air conditioner are adjusted according to the sleep state of the target user and the relationship between the temperature difference and the preset temperature difference, such that an indoor environment is changed, thereby avoiding discomfort of the user caused by an excessively high or low indoor ambient temperature when the user is in a sleep state, and providing a comfortable environment for the whole sleep of the user. Moreover, resources can be saved on, and the user experience is improved.
