Abstract:
An airbag assisted force control polishing system, comprising a rack (1), a front pressing plate (2), a rear pressing plate (3), and a controller (4). A pneumatic motor (5) is fixed onto a front connection rod (2a) on the front pressing plate (2); a polishing disc (6) is fixed onto an output shaft of the pneumatic motor (5); a first airbag (7) is sleeved and fixed onto the front connection rod (2a); a force sensor (8) is provided between the pneumatic motor (5) and the front connection rod (2a); a driving mechanism for driving the rear pressing plate (3) to axially move is further comprised.
