Abstract:

This aircraft member joining structure employs a joining tool to join a first plate and a second plate in an overlapping state. The first plate includes a first insertion hole, and a first serration formed around the first insertion hole on an outer surface on the opposite side to the second plate. The second plate includes a second insertion hole having a different internal diameter to the first insertion hole. The joining tool includes: an abutting member having a second serration and a third insertion hole; a shaft member which is inserted through the first insertion hole, the second insertion hole, and the third insertion hole, and which has a locking portion that is locked to an outer surface of one of the second plate and the abutting member; and a pressing member which engages with the shaft member and presses the outer surface of the other of the second plate and the abutting member.
